About Steve McCartney
Mr. McCartney began his career in telecommunications with Canada’s largest public telecommunications carrier, culminating a 15-year career as General Manager Ontario, Public Communications. From 1998 to 2002, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the first carrier in North America to provide high-speed data services over a fibre-to-the-home network. He joined Fibretech Telecommunications in 2003 as President and CEO, re-branded the company as Atria Networks LP and successfully led a rapid expansion through strategic acquisition. Most recently, Mr. McCartney was a partner at Tequity Inc., a Merger and Acquisition firm specializing in telecom, Internet and information technology service companies. Mr. Wagner was previously VP Engineering at Eloqua, which he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Wagner's development management techniques led Eloqua to be consistently recognized for its level and speed of innovation and its depth of product functionality. Mr. Wagner is a P.Eng. and holds a degree in Engineering Mathematics from Queen's University.
