Coreworx supports east coast customers with Infotech

Partnership expands local capacity to serve major capital project customers on the east coast

St. John's, NL (June 15, 2009) - At the annual conference of the Newfoundland and Labrador Oil & Gas Industry Association, Coreworx Inc., a subsidiary of Acorn Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACFN), announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Infotech to jointly develop and offer solutions to customers involved in major capital projects on Canada's east coast.

Coreworx is used globally by several industry leaders to manage project execution risk. Its Project Information Control software is used for managing complex engineering documentation and information exchange amongst design professionals, external engineering firms and contractors. Infotech offers end-to-end consulting services around Microsoft's enterprise product line including collaboration, workflow and project portfolio management as well as business process optimization.
