LiveHive Systems™ Announces the Appointment of Dave Caputo to its Board of Directors

Mr. Caputo is a highly respected member of the tech community and brings with him a great wealth of knowledge and experience.

Mr. Caputo has an excellent track record as a leader and entrepreneur in small and large companies. As Co-founder, President and CEO of Sandvine, Dave has led the company through two successful public offerings (AIM:SAND; TSX:SVC), secured 73 customers in 33 countries around the globe, and deployed Sandvine equipment in broadband networks representing over 37-million subscribers.
Prior to co-founding Sandvine, Mr. Caputo was the Vice President of Marketing for PixStream, one of Canada's most successful technology companies, purchased by CISCO in 2000 for more than $500 million. Dave has also served as the Product Marketing Manager for Hewlett Packard's Storage Systems Division in Colorado.
Mr. Caputo holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a computer science degree from York University and is a graduate of Wharton executive education programs.
